本アプリ「とんがりウォーク」（以下、「本アプリ」）は、Marukoba Studio が開発・提供しています。本アプリは、お子様を含むお客様のプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーでは、本アプリが取り扱う情報について説明します。

本アプリ自身が集める情報

本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などの個人情報を集めません。アカウント登録もありません。

• 端末の中だけに保存するデータ: クリアした面と★の数、ヒントの記録（見たヒント・チケットの枚数・見放題の残り時間・その日に広告を見た回数）、広告の音の設定。これらは端末の中にだけ保存され、外部に送信されません。本アプリは、端末のクラウドへのバックアップ（Google ドライブなど）の対象にしていません。なお、機種変更のときの端末どうしの直接の移行では、端末によってはこれらのデータが新しい端末へ引き継がれることがあります。
• 「まいにちステージ」のダウンロード: 日替わり・週替わりのステージを、配信サーバー（Cloudflare, Inc. の Cloudflare Pages、および app.marukoba.com）からダウンロードします。このとき配信サーバーが受け取るのは、通信に必要な情報（IP アドレス、通信の日時、要求したファイル、アプリと端末の種類などの通信の付随情報）だけで、通常のウェブの通信と同様にサーバーの記録に残ることがあります。Cloudflare での取り扱いは Cloudflare のプライバシーポリシー にしたがいます。本アプリからステージの結果やその他の情報を送信することはありません。

広告（Google AdMob）

Google Play 版の本アプリは、Google AdMob のリワード広告（動画）を表示します。広告は、ヒントのチケットをもらうためにお子様が自分で選んだときだけ表示され、プレイ中に表示されることはありません。

• すべての広告リクエストを子ども向けとして扱うよう設定しています（子ども向けの取り扱い、内容のレーティング G）。興味・関心にもとづく広告（パーソナライズ広告）やリマーケティングは行いません。
• 広告 ID（Android 広告 ID）は使用せず、送信もしません。
• AdMob の SDK は、アプリの起動時（広告を見ないときも、初期化と広告の先読みのため）と広告の表示のときに、Google と通信します。
• そのとき Google が集める情報（通信は暗号化されます）: IP アドレス（おおよその地域の推定に使われます）、App set ID、端末とアプリの情報（機種・OS のバージョン・アプリのバージョンなど）、アプリの動作と不具合の診断情報、広告の表示やタップの記録。
• Google はこれらの情報を、広告の配信と効果の測定、分析、不正の防止とセキュリティのために使います。詳しくは Google の AdMob のデータの開示（Google Play のデータ セーフティ向け） をご覧ください。
• これらの情報は Google のポリシーにもとづいて取り扱われます。詳細は Google プライバシーポリシー および Google の広告に関する説明 をご覧ください。

自宅配布版（Google Play 以外で配布するもの）には広告が含まれず、上記の送信も行いません。

情報の利用目的

• ゲームの進み具合と設定を保つため（端末の中だけ）
• 「まいにちステージ」を配信するため
• 広告を表示するため（Google AdMob）

第三者への提供

本アプリは、次の場合を除き、情報を第三者に提供しません。

• Google AdMob による広告の配信（Google プライバシーポリシーにもとづく）
• 「まいにちステージ」の配信での Cloudflare による通信の処理（上記のとおり、通信に必要な情報だけ）
• 法令にもとづく開示が必要な場合

お子様のプライバシー

本アプリはお子様が遊ぶことを想定しています。本アプリ自身はお子様の個人情報を集めません。広告は Google Play のファミリー ポリシーに沿って、子ども向けの設定で表示します。タイトル画面の「おうちのひとへ」（保護者の確認のあと）から、広告の音を消すことができます。

データの保存期間と削除

端末の中のデータは、本アプリをアンインストールするか、端末の設定でアプリのデータを消去すると削除されます。Google が受け取った情報の保存期間は、Google のポリシーにしたがいます。

ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは変更される場合があります。変更後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

This Privacy Policy describes how the app "Tongari Walk" (the "App"), developed and provided by Marukoba Studio, handles information. We respect the privacy of all users, including children.

Information the App Itself Handles

The App does not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or location. There is no account registration.

• Data stored only on your device: cleared stages and stars, hint records (hints already shown, number of tickets, remaining free-hint time, number of ads watched that day), and the ad sound setting. This data stays on your device and is never sent anywhere. The App is excluded from the device's cloud backup (such as Google Drive). When you move to a new phone with a direct device-to-device transfer, this data may be carried over on some devices.
• Downloading "Daily Stages": The App downloads daily and weekly stages from our distribution servers (Cloudflare Pages by Cloudflare, Inc., and app.marukoba.com). The servers receive only what the connection needs (IP address, time of the request, the file requested, and technical details such as the app and device type), which, as with any web request, may be recorded in the server logs. Cloudflare handles this under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. The App does not send your results or any other information.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Google Play version of the App shows Google AdMob rewarded (video) ads. An ad is shown only when the child chooses to watch one to get a hint ticket, and never during play.

• All ad requests are tagged as child-directed, with the maximum ad content rating set to G. No interest-based (personalized) advertising or remarketing is used.
• The Android Advertising ID is not used or sent.
• The AdMob SDK communicates with Google when the App starts (even if no ad is watched, to initialize and to load an ad in advance) and when an ad is shown.
• Information Google collects at those times (encrypted in transit): IP address (used to estimate the general location), App set ID, device and app information (such as model, OS version and app version), app performance and crash diagnostics, and records of ad impressions and taps.
• Google uses this information for advertising and measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention and security. For details, see Google's AdMob data disclosure for Google Play's Data safety section.
• This information is handled under Google's policies. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google's information about ads.

Versions of the App distributed outside Google Play contain no ads and do not send the information above.

How We Use Information

• To keep your progress and settings (on your device only)
• To deliver the "Daily Stages"
• To show ads (Google AdMob)

Sharing of Information

We do not share information with third parties except in the following cases:

• Google AdMob for ad delivery (subject to Google's Privacy Policy)
• Cloudflare, which handles the connections when "Daily Stages" are downloaded (only what the connection needs, as described above)
• When required by applicable law

Children's Privacy

The App is designed to be played by children. The App itself does not collect personal information from children. Ads are shown with child-directed settings in line with the Google Play Families Policy. A parent can turn off the ad sound from "For parents" (おうちのひとへ) on the title screen, after a parental check.

Data Retention and Deletion

Data on your device is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data in the device settings. Information received by Google is retained according to Google's policies.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
